Event & Ticketing Refund Policy
Refunds will be accepted up to seven (7) days prior to an event, based on the event start time. Refund requests made less than seven (7) days prior to the event will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be contingent on waitlist ticket/team acceptance. If you are considering requesting a refund within that 7-day window, we encourage you to reach out at info[at]diversionsic.com to get us in the loop on your situation; we will assist with finding a comfortable resolution for all parties, as much as we are able.
Waitlist Policy
Diversions encourages prospective participants who select 'Waitlist' tickets to keep the event date(s) open, if possible. If something does come up or plans change, we certainly understand -- life is busy. We just ask that you request to be removed from the waitlist by emailing us at info[at]diversionsic.com, so that we may be able to give others on the waitlist a chance to participate.
Should a spot open up for an event with a waitlist, Diversions will make every effort to fill that spot with someone from the waitlist. Failing to respond to multiple waitlist invites over several events may negatively affect your chances of receiving future invitations. Our goal is to do our best to make sure that everyone who wants to attend has that chance and we appreciate your assistance in making that happen.
